How did Humanitea get started?
A few years ago I was introduced to an amazing company called Optimize (check it out here) that believed in treating its customers like family. I had the fortunate opportunity to work as a "Customer Astonisher" and I love how it felt to work for a company with a cause I believed in.
Once I was introduced to the virtual workplace I couldn't get enough. I was always asking for more responsibility, looking to learn about new platforms and contributing to projects outside of customer service. No challenge was too big or too small, provided I had the opportunity to learn something new.
Fast forward to now: I still love working with companies that strive to serve others, that are positivity focused, and make this world a better place.
Aligning with these companies allows me to perform at my best because I understand the importance of our work.
